This two day group training is designed to provide stick Handling, & Shooting. Skaters will learn specific techniques that have helped other skaters play at the AAA, junior and even pro levels.

• Silky Mitts Stick Handling teaches basic and advanced stickhandling techniques and fundamentals, while simulating game play situations, that players can use for an immediate improvement in their game.
• Top Cheddar is a shooting-focused program designed to help players master the art of scoring goals. The program emphasizes both fundamental and advanced shooting techniques, teaching athletes how to generate power, improve accuracy, and develop quick, deceptive releases.
