Seeking Clarity? Feeling stuck? Need an energetic shift?
If you are feeling called to rejuvenate, refresh and realign
yourself......this workshop is for YOU!
Conscious breathing is a wonderful life navigation tool and is the
magic key to inspired living. It's simple: Change your breath,
change your vibration!
Just one breath journey expands your breath capacity, alkalizes the
body, naturally boosts the immune system and re-calibrates your
entire being on all levels.
This vibratory medicine assists in the release of stagnant energy,
stress, old stories, past trauma and reconnects you with your
divine nature. Through circulation of the life force, this practice
nourishes the cells with fresh new life, supercharges the body
temple with vital energy and amplifies your radiance.
The subconscious mind is cleansed of old stories, limiting beliefs
and patterns from the past; allowing one to live more fully in the
present moment.
I share conscious breathing as a ceremonial surrender practice. The
golden triangle of connected breath, movement and sound transport
your awareness into expanded states of consciousness and a timeless
inner space of deep listening. Many people receive profound
insights, guidance, radical relaxation, spontaneous healing, and so
much more during these journeys into the sacred mysteries of the
breath.
In this workshop you will experience a CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATH
journey. Learn how to circulate your life-force in an incredibly
potent way, awaken your body, activate your senses, and rejuvenate
from the inside out.
A regular breath practice will give you more available energy while
facilitating healing, igniting creativity and cultivating vibrant
health.
Inspiration and soul nourishment await YOU!

This Series is for Beginners with a little bit of experience (or equivalent)
This series picks up where our Beginner I (Raw Beginner) series left off. You do not need to have completed our Beginner I Series to attend this series, but you should be able to practice basic poses with no risk of injury. Our focus will be on building yoga skills rather than doing a fast paced practice. Our pace will be medium to slow and build skills from the ground up.
Take your yoga practice deeper—by learning to support it.
This continuing beginner series explores how to use blocks, straps, blankets, and more to create space, enhance alignment, and build confidence in every pose. Ideal for students who’ve completed a beginner course or are returning to practice with curiosity.
Props are not shortcuts—they’re keys.
You will learn how to use yoga props skillfully and creatively to unlock strength, comfort, and depth in your practice. Whether you're working with tight hamstrings, building stability in balancing poses, or learning how to rest more fully in Savasana, props offer options—not limitations.
Expect thoughtful sequencing, a warm and encouraging atmosphere, and plenty of time to ask questions and explore. Props are provided — your are allowed to bring your own if you prefer.
This class will prepare you for more in this same series.
Enough of which will prepare you to take any yoga class you like in safety and excellence.
This Series is Free for Members
Space is limited in order to ensure everyone receives an ideal learning environment.
