In this Module You will Learn:
- Why and How we “OM” as part of a yoga practice.
- How to make sure that however bad things might go while teaching, that you can always recover. ie: Your Safety Net
- How to make sure that you Teach a Good Yoga Class Every Time
You Teach.
- You should be able to do this by the end of the weekend.
- You will get lots of practice teaching.
- Practice writing teaching sequences.
- How to use Props to Help Your Students
- By the end of the weekend, you will be worked up to teaching a full class. You may invite friends to this class if you like.

This is an integration module. This is the module where you get
to integrate whatever you choose from the rest of your training.
You will get to self direct according to what you want to bring
together from your electives and core modules. I suggest taking
some time to get clear on what you want to integrate
together!
You will be teaching a full class sequence (this is what the “Q” in
the module id stands for)!
We will practice lots of teaching and particularly focus on the
path of Letting Go of the Tools in order to show up fully in the
teaching space. If you have questions or a request to complete your
training, or a question that you want answered before you graduate,
bring them!
