15th Annual MELT4Charity - Giving Hearts Edition!
January 7th - February 4th, 2026
$50/person (2 person teams; 3 different divisions!)
50% of the pot will be evenly distributed between the three
winning teams (men's, women's & mixed) and donated on Giving
Hearts Day February 12th, 2026.
Each team will score points for daily recording of nutrition
journals and exercise along with points for % fat weight
change!
Pre-measurements:
Monday January 5th 4:45-9:00 AM or Tuesday
January 6th 4:45-9:00 AM
Post-measurements:
Wednesday February 4th 4:45-9:00 AM or Thursday
February 5th 4:45-9:00 AM
