A medium-high intensity aquatic workout that will strengthen your core and increase your stamina by running, jumping, and even boxing all in the water! This class is perfect if you need a challenge providing all around muscle shaping. We do 30 minute volleyball warm-up.

We ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before class. Showers are available, and we kindly request that you rinse off before entering the pool.

Please remember to bring your own towel and personal hygiene items.

You will also need to complete the health questionnaire, either online or in person before participating.
