Intensive Tumbling is a high-energy, technique-driven gymnastics class designed specifically for students ages 14 and up. This accelerated program focuses on mastering foundational skills, refining form, and building strength, control, and confidence. Whether you're training for dance, cheer, acro, or simply want to push your personal limits, Intensive Tumbling offers weekly, focused training to help you level up.
Students will work on essential tumbling, flexibility, body awareness, and performance-ready execution in a supportive but challenging environment. Perfect for teens looking to build a strong athletic foundation that transfers beyond the gym.
