Join Nancy & Gina for a day (8 am-4 pm) of land and/or stand up paddle board (SUP) yoga and connection with fellow Mountain Pose yogis at Lake Davis.

The retreat offers two yoga classes: you choose land and/or SUP! We are also offering a light breaky & beverages, brunch spread with refreshments, and happy hour snacks and drinks!

Free time options include gravel riding, hiking, strolling, swimming, paddling, chillin', and..

New for this retreat is an optional Writing Workshop with fellow Mountain Pose yogi, Joelle Fraser-at no extra cost.

Massages by the lake will also be offered again this summer for an additional cost. See separate registation to secure your spot!

If you have registered for the June 21, 2025 Lake Davis Retreat, you are welcome to add a massage to your registration.

Once you register and pay for your massage, you will receive an automated response from here with the seven time slots. You will then coordinate with Nancy to secure your massage time.
