Welcome to Intro to Yoga & Meditation!
We need to learn to connect to ourselves in these chaotic times, more than ever. We need to find the balance, have the tools and practice important self-care. In this four-week class, you will start from the ground up, learning basic beginning asanas (Poses), pranayama (breath) practices and an Intro to meditation (don't be scared) guided meditations, and yoga philosophy. Taught in a fun and joyful way as well as setting up your own space to practice at home.
We will also practice restorative poses, learn techniques to deal with stress and anxiety and take a deep dive into how these practices can help ground us. We will incorporate essential oils, sage, drumming, singing, nature-based tips for returning back to the self and so much more! We cannot control the world, but we can learn to manage our responses to it. Join us!

Join Krista for an evening of movement, mindfulness, and creativity.
You’ll begin with a pouring of soy wax & essential oils, and as the wax dries we will enjoy a gentle vinyasa flow to open the body, calm the mind, and awaken your inner light. After practice, we’ll gather in a cozy, creative space to customize your very own candle — choosing from a variety of crystals and dried flowers that speak to your soul.
Leave feeling grounded, glowing, and carrying home a candle infused with your unique energy — a reminder to keep your light shining long after the night ends.
