• Week 1 – Spin vs. Static: Learn the difference between movement styles with climbs, sits, and jasmines.
• Week 2 – Floor vs. Aerial: Explore progressions and regressions for inversions, building strength from the ground up.
• Week 3 – Mindset & Body Awareness: Tap into body positivity with body rolls, waves, twerks, and splits.
• Week 4 – Practice vs. Performance: Bring it all together with choreography, transitions, and flow.
By the end of the series, you’ll have experienced the four elements of pole and discovered which approach resonates most with you. Between 3 and 5 ft (standing height) off the floor
