Empower yourself and step to your edge in your practice and life. This program is for aspiring teachers, existing teachers, and any practitioner interested in a deeper yoga education.

Teacher Training is facilitated by the founder and owner of the Mystic Yoga Shala, Amy “Dechen” Zezulka E-RYT1500, Baptiste Certified Yoga Teacher, Heartfulness meditation trainer ,and Dharma practitioner. Dechen has been teaching yoga since 1996 and training students to teach yoga since 2007. Co- Facilitated by Aaron Warren, founder of Manipura Power Yoga, along with the help of a talented team of highly skilled professionals, Dechen, Aaron and MYS team are ready to empower you NOW!

The program is informed by the Baptiste Yoga Methodology and the Heartfulness Institute, two organizations with a long history of training people to be leaders in this world.

Students will be expected to show up to all sessions and will be practicing yoga in a 90-degree heated room at times. This training will be physically and mentally rigorous, designed to help you grow on all levels.

Training sessions will include a practicum on the Baptiste Methodology and Journey Into Power by Baron Baptiste sequencing as a blueprint for being able to teach a 90-minute power vinyasa class. In addition, students will learn the art of skillful assisting, the basics of anatomy, yoga philosophy informed by the Yoga Sutras, Yin yoga, how to teach kids yoga, and how to deliver a class from inner power and authenticity.

We promise you will learn to deliver powerfully a 60, 75 and 90-minute Power Vinyasa class, as well as the possibility of teaching children and all levels of practitioners.

100% attendance and participation at all training sessions is required.

Price includes unlimted yoga classes at the Yoga Shala 7 days a week from start of program through the end of June!
