As the season shifts to fall, nature teaches us the art of letting go—leaves drop, air cools, and energy turns inward. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), fall is governed by the Metal element, associated with the Lungs and Large Intestine, the organs of breath, boundary, and release. It’s a time to clear what no longer serves, refine what remains, and reconnect with what is essential.

In this session, you’ll receive community-style acupuncture—a gentle, deeply restorative treatment offered in a shared space. This collective setting allows us to tap into the power of group healing, where individual stillness supports the whole. We'll use points that support the lung and large intestine meridians to boost immunity, support emotional release, and deepen your breath and presence.

Whether you're brand new to acupuncture or a long-time recipient, this is an opportunity to settle into yourself and attune to the quieter rhythms of the season—together.

Restorative Yoga for Reflection & Refinement

In alignment with the autumn season and the Metal element, this restorative yoga practice invites you to slow down, turn inward, and recalibrate. In yoga and in life, structure creates freedom—and through thoughtful use of props, breath, and geometry, we build a container that allows the nervous system to unwind and the body to reorganize itself.

This practice will focus on supported shapes that open the lungs, soften the belly, and create space for breath and reflection. As the trees let go of their leaves, we too practice releasing what we no longer need—physically, emotionally, and energetically—making space for clarity and renewed vision.

With poetic metaphor, precise placement, and a touch of seasonal ritual, this practice is both deeply grounding and expansive, helping you settle into the wisdom of the season with grace.

The Eightfold Journey Through the Chakras

A 4-Week Yoga & Self-Discovery Immersion

The chakras are the body's inner map of energy — guiding our vitality, emotions, and sense of connection. When they are balanced, we feel grounded, creative, confident, open-hearted, expressive, intuitive, and connected to something greater.

In this 4-week immersion, we will journey through all seven chakras, with two explored each week and a final integration practice weaving them together.

Each session includes:

  • Teachings on the qualities and imbalances of the chakras
  • Yoga practice and breathwork to awaken the chakras
  • Guided meditation and mantra to connect with each energy center
  • Nutrition insights to support balance
  • Journaling and reflection prompts for deeper self-inquiry
  • Simple daily practices to carry the work into your life

By the end of the series, you will have traveled from Root to Crown — gaining a clear understanding of your energy system and practical tools to create balance in your body, mind, and spirit.

Open to all levels. No prior chakra experience is needed — only curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Radiant Self: A Yoga and Skin Health Fusion

Embrace the ritual of self care through mindful movement, skin health, and mental wellbeing practices. Connect to your radiant self as Annica Melanson (yoga teacher and aesthetician) guides you through an afternoon of yoga and skin health.

Over the course of 2 hours, you will be guided through a thoughtfully sequenced hatha flow yoga class designed to leave you feeling balanced in your body. You will then move into a breathing practice to nourish every cell in your body and connect to your life force energy within. From here, Annica will introduce Gua Sha (Gua sha is an East Asian healing technique using a small, smooth-edged tool to firmly stroke your skin in one direction. This can help improve blood flow and reduce inflammation) You will learn self massage techniques using the tool as well as be given your very own Gua Sha, skin oil, and spritz to take home with you! This nourishing practice will conclude with an eye treatment to de-puff and strengthen the integrity of the skin around the eyes while you rest in a comfortable and supported restorative shape. Bliss!
