This Women’s Circle is a sacred space to pause, reflect, and honor the seasonal shift into autumn.
Together, we will soften into practices of movement, meditation, journaling, aromatherapy and sound healing that guide us toward letting go of what no longer serves, and welcoming the wisdom and rest this season invites.
As the trees release their leaves, we too allow ourselves to release old patterns, emotions, or stories that we no longer need to carry.
In community, we remember that letting go can be gentle, supported, and sacred.
Our intention is to leave feeling more grounded, connected, and renewed — nourished by the presence of one another, and held by the rhythms of the earth.

Rooted in Tradition: A 3-Hour Hatha Yoga Immersion
Integrating the Wisdom of Yoga On and Off the Mat
Join Marlene Weller in a rich and grounded practice that honours the classical roots of Hatha Yoga while exploring how its timeless teachings can support our modern lives. This 3-hour workshop offers an immersive journey through the traditional tools of yoga—including mantra, pranayama, asana, and deep rest—with an emphasis on how each practice can be a gateway to greater awareness, resilience, and connection in daily living.
We’ll move through a well-rounded sequence of standing and seated postures, explore the energetic balance of inversions, and close with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice. Along the way, we’ll reflect on how the principles of breath, stillness, discipline, and devotion can inform our choices, relationships, and inner life beyond the mat.
This workshop is suitable for all levels. Come with curiosity, and leave with renewed inspiration to live your yoga every day.

Yoga Foundations Workshop
This workshop offers an introduction to the foundations of yoga for those new to the practice or wishing to deepen their understanding. We’ll begin with a brief discussion of yoga’s ethical principles—the Yamas and Niyamas—before moving into the physical practice of Asana (postures). To complete our exploration, we will look at the art of Pranayama (breathwork) and how it supports balance and presence both on and off the mat.
