Namaste is honored to be hosting our first ever in person Mens Group. Although the wellness space is made up mostly of women, men benefit from just as much love, connection and support. This mens group, offered by AWAKE Mindful Living, meets forst Wednesday of each month 6 to 7:30 PM at Namaste Healing.
The main goal of the group is to help men realize they are so much more than the roles they’ve been told they need to play by our society. When men come home to the truth of who they are - unlimited potential - and operate from that place life just goes better for all.
