🌿 WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice rooted in the principle that life force energy flows through all of us. During a session, a practitioner uses intentional hand placements on or just above the body to encourage a healthy flow of energy — releasing tension and supporting healing in the mind, body, and spirit. You don't have to be spiritual to benefit. If you've ever left a massage or a really good yoga class feeling like a completely different person — that's the kind of shift reiki invites.

• Yoga mat (mats available to rent or purchase at the studio)
• Bolster, pillow, or blanket
• Essential oils or anything that makes your savasana extra cozy
