April invites movement, courage, and fresh beginnings. As the energy of spring rises, this gathering is an opportunity to reconnect with your inner fire. The part of you that knows when it’s time to begin again.
Through intentional yoga, guided meditation, and grounding sound healing, we’ll explore what it means to move forward with clarity rather than force. This is not about rushing or proving yourself, but about honoring your readiness and trusting your own momentum.
Come as you are. Curious, tired, hopeful, or uncertain and leave feeling rooted, energized, and more connected to your inner direction.
A SPACE FOR YOURSELF | MALA MAKING WORKSHOP
This workshop is an invitation to not only create your own mala, but to learn how to use it as a meaningful tool for meditation, breath, and daily grounding.
We will begin by introducing the purpose and tradition of malas, exploring how they can support a consistent and personal practice. You will learn simple and accessible techniques for working with your mala, including breath-based meditation and gentle mantra chanting.
As you create your mala, each bead becomes part of your intention—something you can return to in moments of stillness, overwhelm, or reflection. You will be guided step by step through the beading process, while also learning how to move through the mala with awareness, using it to anchor your breath and focus your mind.
The experience will include guided breathing practices and an introduction to chanting, allowing you to feel how the mala can support both the body and the mind.
By the end of the workshop, you will leave not only with a handmade mala, but with the confidence and understanding of how to incorporate it into your daily life as a grounding and supportive ritual.
No prior experience is needed. All materials are included.
May’s Moon Path gathering is all about coming home to your body.
Rooted in worth | Grounded in safety | Open to receiving.
Through a slow flow yoga practice, grounding sound healing, and nervous system support, we’ll soften out of survival mode and into a space of trust, nourishment, and embodied abundance.
This is an invitation to let the body exhale. To reconnect with the quiet wisdom within. To remember that abundance begins in the places where we feel safe enough to receive.
Together, we’ll root into self-trust, regulate through gentle embodied practice, and create space for the kind of growth that starts beneath the surface.
You are already enough. This is simply the place where you remember.
