Not sure how to spend your Valentine’s Day? Looking to deepen your sense of connection, intimacy, and appreciation for one another? Join us for a special couples experience rooted in the healing blend of yoga-inspired stretches and loving, intentional touch through Thai Yoga Bodywork.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember the importance of touch in our relationships. Whether you attend with a romantic partner, close friend, or loved one, it’s a meaningful gift you can share—and carry with you long after the session ends.
During this two-hour, hands-on workshop, each partner will both give and receive. You’ll learn a variety of Thai bodywork techniques, simple self-care practices, and a guided bodywork sequence designed to cultivate trust, tenderness, and playfulness. Consider it a deeply nourishing date—one that supports both body and connection.
Session Setup
Traditional Thai massage is practiced on a firm floor. We invite you to create a cozy, supportive space using yoga mats, pillows, duvets, or a firm mattress for added comfort. Feel free to set the atmosphere in a way that feels special to you. We recommend using wireless earphones to follow instructions and playing soft music to help your partner fully relax.
