The OLR Prep Program is designed for baseball and softball athletes who are motivated to improve their skills, gain confidence, and increase their chances of making higher-level teams. This program focuses on building a strong foundation of mechanics, athleticism, and game awareness—perfect for players looking to bridge the gap in competition and get an edge during tryouts
Whether your goal is to earn a spot on a higher team or simply become the best version of yourself on the field, this program will give you the tools, guidance, and structured training to get there.
Program Highlights
• On-Field Skill Development: Throwing, fielding, hitting, and position-specific instruction with a focus on mastering fundamentals.
• Strength & Conditioning: Age-appropriate exercises to build strength, coordination, and overall athletic performance.
• Speed & Agility Training: Improve first-step quickness, footwork, and in-game speed.
• Progress Tracking: Athletes will receive feedback and measurable growth through testing and coach evaluations.
• Confidence & Game Readiness: Learn the habits and routines that prepare players for higher levels of competition.
Program Details
• Weekly training sessions combining on-field and optional strength work.
• Full 12-week progression to maximize development and prepare for upcoming tryouts.
This program also offers great flexibility for athletes with busy off-seasons, with multiple training packages to fit every schedule. Athletes can choose 1x per week baseball/softball-specific training or 2x per week baseball/softball-specific training, with the option to add a strength and conditioning package to create a complete program tailored to their needs. Whether you’re balancing other sports, school, or family commitments, the OLR Prep Program is built to help you develop at your own pace while still making meaningful progress toward your goals.
