-2 days a week softball-specific training (Monday & Wednesday)
-2 days of Strength & Conditioning
-Open Gym available Friday evenings
This program will focus on hitting mechanics, throwing mechanics, infield/outfield fundamentals, baserunning, and softball IQ. Each participant is purchasing every training session whether they attend or not.
Power pitching is set up for the athlete who already has well established pitching mechanics.
This program focuses on: Explosive power drills, cardio endurance, general lifting mechanics, pitching specific leg drive, understanding biomechanics, pitching specific injury prevention, and shoulder/core stability.
Join our staff every Saturday for this off-season pitching opportunity. Each athlete will receive pre and post testing, video biomechanic analysis, Optimize Elite workout and injury prevention packet. Rookie classes are geared towards athletes that have very little pitching background and are looking to improve their throwing/pitching mechanics.

Minor ONE classes are geared towards athletes that have COMPLETED Rookie or have permission from staff to join. Majority of athletes in this group are between the ages of 10 and 12U.

To join our “Major” Elite pitching program YOU MUST have already completed our “minor 1 or 2” program or have done individual lessons with our instructors and have permission to join the Major section. Majority of athletes in this group are between the ages of 12-13U.
