The Light Within: A Sacred Return to Yourself is a 2.5-hour in-person Imbolc women’s gathering designed to help you slow down, step out of cultural urgency, and reconnect with your own natural timing. Through women’s circle, ritual, gentle teaching, reflective journaling, and a nourishing feminine yoga flow, this experience explores what true beginnings feel like when they’re rooted in the body rather than driven by pressure or “shoulds”. Together, we’ll unpack the myths of linear living, reconnect with cyclical wisdom and nervous system awareness, and gently tend what’s quietly warming within. This is not a goal-setting workshop - it’s an invitation to listen, soften, and remember that you’re right on time.
