PHNX has a rewards system that you can use to redeem prizes. You can find out more under "rewards". The most popular prize we have is waiving the fee for a no-show or late cancel. This reward has been added to the system by PHNX. Which means it is not connected on the back end, with the rest of the system. This means if you redeem the reward, then go and cancel, the system knows nothing about the reward and will still charge you. What does happen is that when you click to redeem the reward, we get an email telling us the reward was redeemed and we will remove you from the class without a charge! So in summary, only hit the redeem prize button, then we will take it from there!
