The GYROTONIC® Lost & Found Course is designed for certified GYROTONIC® trainers who are looking to deepen their understanding.

 

Over three decades ago, Juliu Horvath opened the first Gyrotonic studio. Since then, he has continuously evolved the Gyrotonic Level 1 and Level 2 programs, refining them to be more accessible to students and shaping the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® method as we know it today. As this journey unfolded, it became natural to retire certain exercises and sequences that were once considered foundational to the teaching of this discipline. This course is designed to reintroduce these exercises into a Creative Series.
