We're having a New Year's Eve celebration in the heart of the city! We got a LONG night. Be warm on some of your favorite aerial apparatuses and people-watch from the window, while socializing with us indoors! This is a jam format, so there will be no group warm up or lesson. You can use the mats and other equipment to stretch on your own before playing.

AT MIDNIGHT, WE CHEER!
This workshop is designed for those who do not have a high level of flexibility. We will work on angles and optical effects of certain splits to create the illusion of achieving a 180° split.

In this workshop, we will learn how to drop in a controlled way on the pole. We will work on speed and body control, understanding how to properly distribute loads in order to achieve fast and fluid execution of movements.

Prereq: intro/beg series or 3 intro drop-in classes
Default purchase includes loops. An additional $40 is required to upgrade to chains.
Week 1: Introduce 1-2 combo(s).
Week 2: Review previous combo(s). Potentially increase the difficulty of combos by adding an element.
Week 3: Review previous combo(s). Introduce a new combo.
Week 4: Clean up previous combos as a group. Last 20-30 min of class will be spent giving students 2 opportunities to video record (with cell phones) against the white wall with colorful mood lighting. Can purchase a crispy video add-on where Pixie records you.
Please note that missed sessions cannot be replaced with other classes or events. All classes in this series will include 5-10 min of conditioning.
