4-Week Series | Brand New for 2026
Whether you’re brand new to pole, just starting out in heels, or exploring flow for the first time — this 4-week beginner series is the perfect place to start.
You’ll learn how to move with confidence and ease — walking, balancing, and dancing your way through foundational flow movements. Each week builds on the last as you develop essential movement patterns and techniques, helping you connect transitions, floorwork, and expressive shapes into one seamless routine.
Expect an empowering, beginner-friendly atmosphere with a focus on technique, coordination, and body awareness — no experience needed!

Our next Master Your Moves
series takes flight this January with the Butterfly — a signature pole move that
marks the beginning of true arms-only strength.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll learn to master the mechanics, build confident shoulder engagement, and explore multiple entries, exits, and variations. Each class includes targeted conditioning, hands-on spotting, and technique breakdowns to help you achieve a clean, controlled Butterfly and prepare for advanced shapes like the Extended Butterfly and Ayesha.
This series is suitable for students currently attending our Improver and Intermediate classes. With a maximum of 6 students, you’ll receive personalized guidance, hands-on spotting, and detailed feedback to support your individual progress.

Over six weeks, you’ll learn a full heels flow routine that’s all about strength, expression, and self-love — with just the right touch of tease. Each week builds on the last as you piece together a routine you can keep just for you or share with someone special.
We wrap it all up on Valentine’s Day, celebrating everything you’ve built — power, movement, and confidence that comes from owning your space.
