technique, and confidence needed to nail your Ayesha.
We’ll focus

Conditioning &
activation to support inverted holds
Technique &
alignment for safe, sustainable progress
Entries into Ayesha from various
positions
Grip variations
including true grip, cup grip, twisted grip, elbow grip, and claw
grip
Whether you’re just starting your Ayesha journey or looking to refine your form and expand your grip repertoire, this series will meet you where you are and push you to the next level.
Pre-requisite: Intermediate+ Must have a strong, consistent butterfly.

Join us for 90 minutes of feel-good movement, flow, and fun in this all-levels spin pole choreography class. Heels are optional—just bring your sass, knee pads, and your Sunday energy! After class, we’ll head to The Vig for a casual brunch with the crew.
Please note: Brunch is not included in the ticket price. Food and drinks are pay-your-own-tab, but RSVP is required to secure your spot at the table.
