Join PYB in welcoming Baron Baptiste, the founder of Baptiste Power Yoga, which is OUR style of yoga. Power Yoga Buffalo is a Baptiste Power Yoga Affiliate studio, and my work with Baron inspired the inception of PYB. All all of our teachers have trained with Baron personally, and he is sharing this transformative work with our community with his All Day Immersion here in Buffalo on Saturday, November 8th, 2025. This will be a full day of yoga and community with asana practice, meditation, journaling and inquiry. An itinerary of the program will be shared leading up to the event.

The event will be held at Hotel Lafayette - Greenhouse Room.

9am - 5pm with a lunch break
