Myofascial Release Workshop

Release tension, restore mobility, and give your body the care it deserves. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll explore the practice of myofascial release using yoga therapy balls and foam rollers. Through guided techniques, you’ll learn how to target tight areas, increase circulation, and improve range of motion—leaving you feeling lighter, more open, and deeply relaxed.

We’ll move slowly and intentionally, focusing on the places where stress and daily movement patterns create stiffness—shoulders, back, hips, and legs. You’ll leave with practical tools and sequences you can easily incorporate into your self-care routine at home.

Perfect for all levels, this workshop is especially beneficial for athletes, desk-workers, or anyone looking to enhance recovery, prevent injury, or simply feel better in their body.

Intro to Aerial Yoga

An intro to basic aerial yoga inversions & a variety of standing stretches utilizing the hammock. We’ll cover modifications & tips to combat any dizziness that may occur. The workshop will conclude w/ savasana in the hammock.

Although inversion exercises are beneficial for perfectly healthy people, they are not recommended for people with any of the following conditions or ailments:
• High blood pressure/ Low Blood Pressure
• Serious spinal or neck injuries
• Glaucoma
• Pregnancy
• Heart conditions of any kind
• Epilepsy

*If you have one of these conditions, we require a doctor's note with permission to practice aerial yoga.

Intro to Yoga: From Foundations to Flow (3-Week Workshop Series)

Step onto your mat with confidence! This special 3-week series is designed for anyone new to yoga—or those who want to revisit the foundations with fresh eyes. Together we’ll explore the postures, breath, and alignment principles that create a strong base for your yoga journey.

  • Week 1: Sun Salutations & Warrior Poses
    Learn the building blocks of Sun Salutations A & B along with Warrior I, II, and supporting shapes. We’ll break down each posture step by step and practice flowing them together.

  • Week 2: Balances & Crow Pose
    Find focus and stability as we work through balancing poses like Warrior III, Tree, and Half Moon. We’ll also introduce Crow Pose in a playful, accessible way.

  • Week 3: Bringing It All Together
    Put everything into practice with a guided vinyasa flow. Instructors will offer alignment assists and personalized cues so you can experience the poses more deeply.

Expect a welcoming atmosphere, plenty of options for all levels, and the chance to ask questions as you learn. By the end of the series, you’ll have the tools and confidence to step into any class feeling strong and prepared.
