Calling all young warriors! Our Ninja Courses Only Class is a fast-paced, action-filled training ground for kids ages 6–9 who are ready to push their limits and take on TWO unique ninja challenges each week!
Every class focuses on completing and mastering two dynamic courses built around real ninja-style movement:
Endurance Course
Race against the clock! Ninjas will navigate through a series of obstacles and earn points for every challenge completed in a set time. The goal? Max out your score while building strength, grit, and determination!
Speed Course
8 obstacles. 1 mission: Fastest time wins. Designed to test quick decision-making, agility, and body control, this course keeps things competitive and exciting week after week.
Obstacle elements are built around six core movement types:

Ascending – climbing walls, ropes, and ramps

Aerial – swinging from rings, bars, or ropes

Upper Body – grip strength, pull/push challenges

Lower Body – jumps, lunges, and squats

Balance – beams, logs, and narrow ledges

Agility – fast-paced footwork and directional changes
