During this special workshop with Islay Taylor, participants will be guided through a luxurious yin yoga practice while being serenaded by the immersive sounds of crystal singing bowls. The yin postures stimulate the fascial networks associated with each energy center, encouraging the flow of static energy. The unique vibrational frequencies of the crystal singing bowls harmonize the corresponding chakra. Each pose is paired with its own tune / harmony.
Expect minimal talking and maximum relaxation as you cultivate a sense of balance, and heightened awareness of your physical and subtle bodies.
