What to expect during a sound bath. Most sound bath programs last 60 minutes- anymore won't be as effective. You will hear and experience various instruments — gongs, chimes, tuning forks, singing bowls — to facilitate meditation, relaxation and, ultimately, healing. Most people feel an overall sense of relaxation.

What do you wear to a sound
bath?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and – as you will be lying still for an hour in a sleep-like trance – something warm. Yoga casuals, cashmere pashminas or sweat pants. BE Comfortable!
