DESCRIPTION: This class will help you gain flexibility, build strength and learn all the basics of the cirque style discipline of Aerial Silks - 7-8 week session!

PRE-REQUISITES: No previous requirements, however; it is recommended you have a aerial, dance, gymnastic or general fitness experience.

DESCRIPTION: Join us for our 4 day summer session designed to build your childs' skill in the aerial silks.

PRE-REQUISITES: Aerial Fabrics experience, silks preferably

AGES: 10-14

Child MUST have their own account in order to sign up (cannot be booked through a parent account). Waivers MUST be signed by a legal guardian.

PLEASE NOTE - **THIS CLASS RUNS MON-THURS and a new set will run each week throughout the summer** - NO CLASS ON STAT HOLIDAYS**

**PLEASE be on time to pick up your child. Our instructors will be teaching another class immediately after and cannot wait with your child**

**Please remember our dress code: recommended to wear leggings and a t-shirt. No Jeans, no ties, no buttons, no zippers
