This class is designed for moms with littles between the ages of newborn up to preschoolers. Moms can participate in gentle flow aerial with Ali and her son, or use this time to hangout and chat with fellow moms!
This is an 4 week session, with one class per week. Waivers must be signed for each child and the parent(s).
Older children up to 5 years old are welcome to come and play in the hammocks that will be lowered to just above the ground!
