Every year Frankie starts her workshop series with a focus on the core. Understanding how to access the stabilizing strength of our core muscles provides a powerful foundation for all Yoga and Tai Chi practices.
This year, Frankie will be focusing on the “deep core”, unlocking secrets to achieve better posture, breath and balance. From this place of empowerment, your movements outward into space with your limbs (arms and legs) as well as traveling actions such as walking, running, and jumping. Exoerience the ease, balance, and agility that a dynamic and stable core offers.
