Join Michelle (Voted Best Teacher in Westchester, 2024 & 2025) weekly for an hour of mindfulness and movement in this six week program. From energizing flows to meditative breathwork and restorative postures, each class will focus on techniques that help relieve stress not just on the mat, but in daily life, and help students on their journey to feeling their best – inside and out.
With a background as an EMT and athlete, Michelle's unique approach to yoga goes beyond traditional Western styles, integrating all eight limbs of yoga. Each class starts with gratitude, intention-setting, and aromatherapy, making it accessible to everyone, regardless of age or physical ability.
For the last few years, she brings yoga to schools and communities throughout NYC, Westchester, and Dutchess Counties, fostering wellness and connection.
