At Shift Yoga Collective, we believe the mat is just the beginning. More than a certification, our 200-hour training is an intentional exploration of practice, shaped by science and guided by philosophy. Join the founding cohort in downtown Guelph and transform yoga from something you do into something you live.
We will be kicking off this training with a Weekend Retreat October 2nd- 4th. This weekend will be an intense 20h of learning that will set the stage for the following several months of learning. The expense of this retreat is included in the cost of the training and since it is such a large portion of the learning, your attendance will be manditory.
