Circular Trans is a breathwork journey into the deeper layers of self, inspired by the pioneering work of Stan Grof’s holotropic breath. Using the same continuous, circular breathing pattern, this practice invites you to access expanded states of consciousness and profound inner awareness—but in a shorter, more accessible format.
In this two-hour session, breath becomes the bridge between body, psyche, and spirit. As you move beyond the thinking mind, you may encounter old emotions ready to be released, insights waiting to surface, or a deep sense of connection to something greater.
