Level 2 Pole Dance Series (September)

In this 4 week Level 2 Pole Dance Series we’ll continue developing the pole foundation you mastered in Level 1 by expanding your pole vocabulary, body awareness and strength in a more personalized learning environment. Each week we'll meet to cheer each other on as we practice fundamental pole skills including climbing, inversions, spin pole control, and more.

Prerequisites: At least 4 pole dance experiences (for example completion of a Level 1 pole series or 4 drop in Level 1 classes)

Heels optional; yoga mat and knee pads/leg warmers recommended

Hard Style Video Vixens!

Ready for your video vixen debut?! In this unique 4-week course students will learn a hard-hitting, explosive routine that’s ready for the limelight! Performance coaching on areas such as flattering posing, smoldering eye contact, and serving fierceness will be offered over the weeks.
The series concludes with a professional shoot with Apple Box Arsenal (aka Zoja Exotica) and each student will receive their very own Instagram Reel within 2 weeks of shoot day!

For intermediate+ pole dancers; must be comfortable with low-flow style pole

Bring closed-toe boots (Pleaser or “stripper style” heels only) and knee pads

Intro to Pole Dance: Level 1 Intensive Series (October)

If you’ve always wanted to try pole dance and are ready to commit, this series is for you! If you’ve taken a couple of beginner pole classes but you want to get serious about moving up, then sign up! This 4 week series is designed for absolute beginners or current level 1 students who want a more personalized and expedited advancement through the level 1 curriculum. Each week we’ll introduce foundational skills and sequences with tips on how to train them. We’ll develop your pole vocabulary, skin tolerance, body awareness and strength so you have the framework and confidence to advance to the next level. Level 2 here you come!

No pole experience necessary! All are welcome.
