Welcome to MAJESTY: A medicine woman in person series that reconnects your to natures universal energies so that you can push less and flow more. Less burnout; more Pleasure!

This series is rooted in Kemetic Sciences, Womb/Energetic clearing, Indigenous Traditional African Healing processes, Core Shamanism, Ancestral Wisdom, and embodied movement medicine.

 

We will ground and harness into the cyclical wisdom of each season:

January - March: Winter

Element: Earth

Create your foundation, continue to gain clarity, plant, and nourish the seeds of what you desire for this year and beyond.

 

April - June: Spring

Element: Fire

Be in devotional action. ReEmerge for hibernation and build your energy. Clear the old stories, make peace with the past experiences, fortify your NO; to make room for your Full Bodied YES!!

 

July - September: Summer

Element: Water

Amplify your pleasure, your juicy sensuality, and what turns you on in life! This is the time when is ripe and full. Embody your fullest expression.

 

October - December: Fall

Element: Wind

Take the time to reflect what you are celebrating, what do you desire to organize, and plan in preparation for the Winter Solstice/new year. We integrate from the Summer season and start the process of gradually slowing down.

What is being shared is through experience.....

I remember sitting in my car…. crying….
….. I was so anxious and so full of stress because I was thinking will a health professional really see me and treat me with dignity. I was randomly selected to see a new specialist who I did not know. I thought to myself will they actually see me or will this person see a stereotype and treat me as such. In that moment they fully had the power. I hated it. I was scared.

I sat in my car. My hands were shaking. It was winter time. All the heat was gone and my finger tips were cold. Tears streaming down my face. All I needed to hear is its gonna be ok. I am gonna be ok. Your gonna be alright.

15 minutes later I calmed myself down. Grabbed some Kleenex dried my face. I took some deep breaths and walked slowly to the building and I prayed.

They called my name to go in. Inhale. Exhale.

Relief….. and Grateful that the person was kind and compassionate.

After my appointment I went back to my car and just sat there; relieved but also integrating on what just happened and how I was feeling. This was madness to think I had no power and I was reduced to compliance with no alternatives (so I thought).

In that moment I decided with my whole heart and soul I am taking my power back. Because if I was feeling this way; I wondered how many others were going through the same emotional coaster I was on.

Here is the raw truth there are forces out there that are trying to take your power away and masking it as in defense of morality, values, and protection. They think they know everything of what you and your body needs. They want you to stay in your lane, and keep quiet.

Well I say NO! We will not stay in “our” lane nor keep quiet. 

It is through the pathway I was led from being a professional dancer to then weaving spirituality, mentorship, and wellness to then create The Goddess Moves. I am so passionate about women having the tools and resources I had to fight to get.

I am so devoted to supporting you in uncovering your path to power. What sparked this re-education me was being faced with the unconscious mindset and stereotyping. My Black female body was sitting in a very vulnerable position; looking for support about the health of my body. I received experiences from the effects of systematic oppression.

I felt alone. I don’t want you to feel alone.

Fast forward today with the grace of the Divine I have supported many women in reclaiming their power, owning their expressive voices, activating the healing codes within, reconnect to the wisdom of the body, fully come back to loving self, healing old stories, clearing energy, and embodying their magnetic empowerment.

We have been given everything we need to receive clarity, wisdom, nourishment. It is time to remember that.

We are bringing in the Remedy.

The best part is we get to do this together. Shifting the paradigm one divine human at a time.
