Welcome, dear ones — come rest with Nidra Shakti.
In this 3-hour gathering we will:
- Begin by noticing how we feel on arrival, with the option to share a word or two.
- Settle into our first 15-minute Yoga Nidra to gently enhance energy.
- Reawaken with tea, chocolate & dried fruits, exploring the senses and perhaps sharing reflections.
- Explore the ancestral Eastern roots of Nidra Shakti through stories, pictures, and poetry, weaving them together with Western science that highlights the importance of rest.
- Sink into our second, deeper 30-minute Yoga Nidra to cultivate profound rest and nourishment.
- Close our time together with space for questions, sharing, and information about future gatherings and 1-1 co-creation Yoga Nidra.
What to bring:
- You are welcome to rest on the floor with or without props.
- Feel free to bring your favourite cushions, bolsters, or blankets.
- A comfy reclining garden chair (about the size of a yoga mat) is also welcome.
- Your comfort is the priority — so you can rest with ease.
I am so excited to share Nidra Shakti with you and hold space as you rest deeply.
