
Join us for a special restorative evening with live cello & singing by Karen Laura Peters. This workshop will focus on nourishing and calming our minds and bodies. We will ease into our practice with a gentle moving flow and then come into an hour of restorative yoga poses. We will build about 7 restorative postures and rest for 5-10 minutes in each while receiving the soothing medicine of live cello and singing.

Toddler Yoga with Samitha
For parents and toddlers through age 3, join in community to practice yoga with your little ones! This workshop welcomes you and your children to practice yoga in a welcoming space for all to explore. A yoga class like no other - mindful moments share the mat with playful songs and creative expressions.

Deep Dive 3-Week Series: A Comprehensive Yoga Practice
Join Jeni Martinez for this three-week series inspired by a similar class formerly taught by Kathryn Payne, one of her beloved yoga teachers.
Deep Dive is an opportunity to explore the depth of yoga practice that is difficult to achieve in a weekly drop-in yoga class.
We will begin with a brief study of a yoga sutra from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, considered a foundational text of classical yoga philosophy. A sutra is one of almost 200 concise statements written in Sanskrit that speak to the theory and framework on which yoga was founded. After discussing the meaning of the sutra and how it is applicable to our modern lives, we will practice chanting it together.
We will follow the sutra study with an exploration of one of the many breath practices that can take your yoga practice to a new level. Each class will include asana (yoga postures) and a restorative pose with a guided meditation.
Deep Dive will allow you to better understand the more subtle benefits of yoga beyond just stretching the hamstrings. Jeni’s goal is for you to leave this series inspired to learn more about this ancient practice and how it continues to be relevant to your life today.
All yoga levels are welcome. Modifications will be offered as needed.
