We’ll cover foundational mat Pilates principles, HIIT sequencing, safe and effective use of props (including weights), and how to cue for alignment, breath, and pacing. You'll also explore how to create a motivating class atmosphere, select music to support movement patterns, and modify exercises for different bodies and levels.
