Prerequisit: Burn LAB Pilates Training, a 100hr Spirit Lab Training, and/or a Personal Trainer Certification
Burn LAB (Legs, Arms/Abs, and Butt) Pilates Plus is Spirit Lab’s signature fusion of classical mat Pilates and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), designed to build core strength, enhance mobility, and elevate cardiovascular endurance. This dynamic, music-driven class uses weights and compound movements to deliver a full-body burn, blending precision and power for a uniquely energizing experience.
In this training, you'll learn how to structure and teach a Burn LAB Pilates Plus class from start to finish. We’ll cover foundational mat Pilates principles, HIIT sequencing, safe and effective use of props (including weights), and how to cue for alignment, breath, and pacing. You'll also explore how to create a motivating class atmosphere, select music to support movement patterns, and modify exercises for different bodies and levels. Whether you’re new to teaching or looking to expand your toolkit, you’ll leave feeling confident, creative, and ready to inspire your students.
This training is primarily led by Quenton, who is a RYT500, Pilates certified, and certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist. He places special importance on corrective exercise and injury prevention, and during his 20+ year career has had the pleasure of working with a huge range of people from elite level athletes to rehabilitating patients in therapeutic settings. During his 15 years of competing nationally and internationally in combat sports, Quenton practiced yoga as a way to enhance his mobility and has continued to develop his practice ever since.

Burn LAB (Legs, Arms/Abs, and Butt) Pilates is a highly effective total body exercise system that works to improve your stability, mobility, strength, and cardiovascular conditioning. Burn Lab combines Yoga and Pilates, Resistance Training, and High Intensity Interval Training. These time honored and scientifically validated methodologies have been proven to yield exceptional results and are combined in a format that is safe, effective, and fun. Burn LAB can be a stand-alone modality used to combat the stresses and patterns of daily life and achieve greater levels fitness, and it is also effective as a performance enhancing compliment to any movement-based activity like yoga, dance, and athletics.
In this training you will learn the science behind the method as well as how to structure a class to maximize effectiveness and fun for the students. Topics will include functional anatomy, an introduction to Pilates philosophy, exercise selection and execution, proper cueing for resistance training - and so much more! Energy Anatomy of the Original Hot Yoga (26+2)
Join Rose Erin Vaughan and Alena Wertalik in this one-of-a-kind
training. Learn how knowledge of the “Energy Anatomy” and
myofascial pathways can enhance and illuminate the magical 26
posture hot yoga sequence.
Original Hot Yoga (aka Bikram Yoga) has healed countless practitioners of injuries and conditions, whether physical, mental, or emotional. This training will deepen your understanding of your own self and your steps to healing through the lens of energy/meridian pathways. We will learn all 12 Energy Lines and their corresponding organs and emotions as we breakdown and workshop each part pf this sequence. Each evening, we will put it all together in a Traditional Hot Yoga class with special Energy based cues.
