Breathe, Balance, Love: A breathwork class to reconnect to yourself

An offering to help connect you to your breath and create
space in your energetic body - through words, music and guidance
we’ll find that space together.
Val guides you to create and hold the space and you're here to
make the magic happen, whatever that might look like. For some,
simply lying down and inviting their heart to open is what they
need for that day. She guides from a place of mindfulness and
tenderness, and can hardly wait to see you there!
There will be a short introduction of the breathing pattern,
20 minutes of gentle and connective active breathwork, finished
with a long juicy rest. Invitation for group sharing, or questions
after we close the breathwork circle.
For our session you'll need something to lie on (yoga mat,
blanket) and anything else that might make you feel most
comfortable - eye mask, notebook to jot anything down - or just
simply yourself. There are props available at the studio as
well.
