Join Nicole for an afternoon at a beautiful local vineyard, orchard and flower farm. Highland Vines is located near St. Bonifacius, not far from Spirit of the Lake Yoga. The farm is a perfect location for outdoor yoga as it offers a peaceful environment to connect with yourself and nature.
The yoga class will take place on an outdoor patio area that was built as an energy vortex with sacred geometry within the cement. You will be invited to attune to the elements around you for a soothing and one-of-a-kind experience.
Following the hour of meditative yoga, you will be invited to pick your own flower bundle from the gardens. Zoe Trebil, of Fiora Fields will guide you through the creative process of making your own bundle (if you choose). You will also have the option to self-select a premade bouquet.
*Please bring a mat, water bottle and any props you’d like to use for class. The yoga will be an all-levels class and accessible for beginners to advanced practitioners.
*Pay for flowers separately, prices vary*

This monthly experience is a must for navigating today’s world
challenges. Our nervous
systems and subtle bodies are frayed, fractured, and deeply
over-burdened. It’s more than
stress. It’s trauma held in the body, heart, and mind. This 75
minute class is designed to help
you come back home to yourself. To regulate the nervous system
through Restorative Yoga
aimed at balancing the seven major energy systems in the body; The
Chakras. Seven
Chakras, seven postures. Pendulums will be used to demonstrate the
change before and after.
You will not only see, but will feel the difference. We pick up so
much energetic debris, making
regular clearing important, especially if you are an empath! Guided
meditation and sound
therapy will all be a part of the practice. Make it a monthly
event, your nervous system will
thank you.

This is a 4-week therapeutic somatic yoga series dedicated to exploring, understanding, and attuning to the vital highway of the body: the spine.
Each class will blend therapeutic yoga postures, somatic movement for neuromuscular re-education, and myofascial release to help maintain natural curvature and support the muscles, nerves, discs and ligaments along the spine.
