Somatics is a gentle, guided movement practice that helps you release deep, chronic tension and restore ease in your body. Using mindful breathing and slow, deliberate movement, you’ll retrain the nervous system to regain control over tight muscles and reduce pain caused by stress, injury, or poor posture.
This class supports healing from conditions like arthritis, trauma, or postural imbalances, and is ideal for anyone wanting to move with more comfort and control—whether you're recovering from injury, or preparing your body for yoga, sport, or better sleep.
You'll learn to move within your comfort zone using pandiculation, a natural technique that reawakens the brain-muscle connection. The result? Less pain, better posture, and more freedom in everyday life.
Somatics feels gentle, grounding, and deeply restorative.
