Join Kerry Heming for a blend of traditional Pilates principles combined with music and the use of small equipment like dumbells, bands and balls, to create a dynamic, upbeat, effective, total body workout.

No matter how fit you are, our Pilates classes will allow you to move better and be stronger, from the inside out! All levels and all bodies welcome.
