The 4 hours (2 days X 2 hours) workshop is intended for both leads and follows. The workshop will cover unisex exercises (starting from your feet to ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, arms, rib cage, etc) with a couple of touches that will be different for leads and follows. This will help you gain an understanding of your body mechanics in order to create fluidity when dancing Bachata & Salsa. The workshop will also cover musicality to help you learn how to play with the music both in solo and partnering when dancing both Bachata and Salsa.

Cha Cha Cha is a lively and fun dance. Originated from Cuba, Cha Cha Cha evolved from the Mambo. It is a very popular Street latin dance style because it can be either danced to authentic Cuban music, Latin Pop, Latin Rock, etc. This 4 hours (2 days X 2 hours) workshop will get you moving on the dance floor.
