After the event you are welcome to stay for a community social hour. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

Join Isabella for a 5 week strength series. This is a full-body, light resistance workout class focused on controlled movements using bodyweight, light weights, and bands to build strength, stability, and endurance. Ideal for all levels, it offers a blend of low-impact strength training with functional movements that tone muscles and improve body awareness. It's perfect for those looking to enhance their practice with subtle intensity and mindful movement.

Registration is for all 5 weeks and there will be no refunds or exchanges for unused classes.

Unlimited members will be charged $20 for cancellations and no shows and class pass holders will be deducted a class.
