What's included: 90 minute yoga flow + sound bath meditation, 90 minute sauna & cold plunge session. All materials provided - just bring a change of clothes (swimsuit or comfortable workout attire) you can sauna and plunge in!

Join us for a feel-good event that blends strength, nutrition, and community. We’ll kick things off with a 45-minute Latin Hip Hop class designed to help you move better and feel stronger, followed by a sampling of Arbonne Green Mix to refuel and nourish your body. This event is all about supporting healthy habits through intentional movement, simple nutrition, and connection and community with others in our PARC community. Come sweat, sip, and socialize! After our class and greens, you will have the opportunity to use our wellness and recovery area - sauna and cold plunge.
