Join Holly for an 8-week dive into the brain science of joy through connection. We'll cultivate co-regulation, learn how to share authentically, and practice recognizing and receiving needs from others. Experience the intimate joy and nervous system healing through being seen, known, and understood by others.
The Rehumanizing Project is a monthly sacred circle designed to explore, learn, and unlearn together in a way that is void of shame, yet full of curiosity for ourselves, our subconscious conditioning, and for others. This is not a debate circle, but intended for those wishing to do deep, expansive soul work alongside those who may hold opposing views or beliefs. Join us on our journey to uncover the humanity within & without.
Less Talk, More Touch 💞
This is an invitation to slow down and reset your nervous system with someone you love.
A partner.
A close friend.
A family member.
Connection doesn’t have to come from conversation. Sometimes the body just needs safe, supportive touch.
In this 3-hour Thai massage workshop, you’ll learn simple, accessible ways to offer grounding, nervous-system-supportive touch to each other — no experience needed.
Thai massage uses gentle pressure, supported stretching, and slow movement to help the body soften and settle. When the nervous system downshifts, presence and connection can naturally return.
✨ Fully clothed
✨ Taught on floor mats
✨ Both people give & receive
✨ No “doing it right” required
Come as you are. The Weave is a two-hour peer-led circle to explore embodiment, self-trust, and authentic connection through movement, reflection, and shared presence. No fixing. Just showing up, together.

Rest & Resonance is a monthly sound healing experience designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and gentle restoration.
Led by sound and vibrational therapy practitioner Geneva Burgess, each session uses instruments such as singing bowls and tuning forks to invite the body and brain into a slower, more regulated state. Sound works through vibration, offering a non-verbal way to release tension, quiet mental noise, and support the body’s natural healing rhythms.
This first gathering will focus on honoring rest, restoration, and the natural rhythm of Midwest winter — a season that invites slowing down rather than pushing through.
Participants often report:
-
Deep relaxation and improved sleep
-
A sense of grounding and steadiness in the body
-
Reduced mental fatigue and overwhelm
-
Feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease after the session
No prior experience is needed. You’re invited to come exactly as you are.
