
A Nutritional therapist and Pranayama teacher, Terri's Yoga classes aim to bring the body closer to balance - working towards physical, mental & emotional wellbeing. Combining breath awareness, postures, pranayama and relaxation, Terri's classes combine Hatha yoga & somatic movement with softness, flow & strength. Classes are suitable for every body with props & modifications provided.

There are no classes on the following dates: 12 and 19 August.
For mamas: Each week we will practise a themed sequence that will help strengthen, heal and restore the body, mind and spirit.
The aim of each session is that you will learn and practise a variety of simple and practical techniques dedicated to your wellbeing and self-care.
For babies: As part of the session we will also be practising fun baby yoga moves and songs that will help with your baby’s physical milestones and brain development.
Sessions end with a relaxation where Justina will look after your babies so you can enjoy a guided relaxation on your mat.
The course includes refreshments and handouts for you to take home and practise.

SESSIONS CAN BE BOOKED IN 6-WEEK BLOCKS AND YOU ARE WELCOME TO CONTINUE UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR BABY. SPACES ONLY BECOME AVAILABLE WHEN SOMEONE HAS THEIR BABY SO PLEASE ADD YOURSELF TO THE WAITING LIST AND JUSTINA WILL BE IN TOUCH.

Not just for new mamas but ALL mamas, these weekly yoga classes are dedicated to nurturing YOU. Every week, we practise a nurturing yoga sequence that will help heal, strengthen and ease your body and mind. Sessions also focus on relieving those common 'mummy ailments' like tense shoulders, a tight neck, a sore back. The class will also include a soothing star-lit and restorative relaxation at the end helping to chase those sleep-deprived cobwebs away!
