An evening of breath, movement, gentle touch, and attunement to deepen connection, presence, and pleasure.
What if Valentine’s Day wasn’t about dinner reservations or expectations …
but about slowing down together?
Join us for a couples experience that combines yoga, breath, sensual movement, and playful connection.
Designed to cultivate body awareness and connection, Slow Burn isn’t therapy, sex, or a performance. It’s an invitation to rediscover each other as we:
• Move together
• Breathe together
• Feel good together
• Leave more connected than we arrived.
Using gentle partner yoga, guided breathwork, and free-flowing movement, we’ll explore how pleasure, play, and attunement naturally deepen intimacy without needing words or effort.
The class will be:
• Fully clothed
• Consent-centered
• Come as you are
• All bodies and couples welcome

Here’s another offering in the sporadic sequence of workshops on practices that are Linda's favorites. If you are interested in mudra (hand gestures held during yoga and meditation to direct the flow of energy), please join Linda for a one-hour session during which we will talk a little about holding mudras. And then we will form mudras that move energy around (or if you prefer, bring our attention to flow that is always occurring and that is directional), one for healing and one for spiritual practice. This includes head and tongue mudras that aren’t frequently taught in general yoga classes. If you have questions, please contact Linda at Linda@PhillipsOshins.com.
The session is recorded and the recording will be sent to all who register.
This is the third in a series of workshops, but each is free-standing. Linda is graciously donating her time as a love-offering to the studio to keep the workshops accessible. Please contact the studio if the suggested donation is not feasible.
