In response to numeous requests, Chad has created an opportunity for anyone, and all levels of experience to explore mindfulness, meditation, healing and joy in a community setting the work that he uses everyday to create his own life.

The sessions begin with a 15 minute HandsUP/EnergyUP Dance Party, one hour of inspiration, learning and exploring ideas and one hour of a combination of meditation and healing.

10:00-Meditation
10:30am- Community Healing experience
11:00am sharing
