Welcome the turning of the season with Bloom, a soul-nourishing Spring Equinox experience designed to help you shed the heaviness of winter and gently awaken new energy within.
This immersive experience weaves together yin and restorative yoga, pranayama, and guided meditation, creating space for deep rest, renewal, and intention-setting. Slow, grounding shapes will invite openness and release, while supported postures allow your nervous system to soften and receive.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll be guided through breath practices to clear stagnant energy, reflective moments to plant seeds for the season ahead, and gentle, heart-centered rituals that encourage growth from the inside out. Expect quiet magic, cozy support, and a pace that honors exactly where you are.
Leave feeling rooted, refreshed, and ready to bloom into spring—lighter, clearer, and connected to what wants to grow next.
Each student receives a curated gift bag to help support growing their practice after this experience.
The Art of Forward Folding – Anatomy, Alignment, Actions, and Adjusting
With Anne Weidinger and Tom Griffith
Enhance your ability to practice and teach both standing and seated forward folds in this in-depth, three-hour workshop. Together, we’ll review anatomy, foundational alignment, and skillful hands-on adjustments to support safe, effective, and intelligent movement.
This workshop will blend lecture, movement, and hands-on practice as we explore how to:
· Understand the anatomy and mechanics of forward folding
· Apply clear, effective verbal cues for dynamic action and breath
· Guide students into, out of, and within poses with intention
· Integrate verbal cueing with appropriate hands-on adjustments in mixed-level classes
Giving and receiving hands-on adjustments with other teachers offers a valuable opportunity to receive feedback, refine technique, and build confidence. Regardless of the style of yoga you teach, this workshop will provide practical tools to support both your teaching and your personal practice—helping you keep students safe, supported, and inspired.

Unwind and realign in this deeply nourishing class that gently guides you from root to crown through a blend of Yin Yoga, restorative postures, and a soothing sound bath. Slow, supported poses invite the body to soften and release while longer Yin holds encourage deep opening through the connective tissues.
As the body settles, the healing tones of crystal bowls wash through the space, helping to calm the nervous system and create a meditative inner journey. Each posture is designed to support energetic balance along the spine, encouraging a sense of grounding, spaciousness, and quiet clarity.
This practice is slow, accessible, and deeply restful—perfect for anyone seeking deep relaxation, gentle release, and energetic reset.
Leave feeling rooted, open, and restored from the inside out.
Each student receives a curated gift to take home, to support a continued practice.
