Build a strong, supported core and learn the Pilates essentials in a friendly, beginner-focused class. We’ll break down breath, alignment, and the foundational mat sequence so you feel confident and safe—no experience needed.

What to expect

  • Clear, step-by-step instruction on Pilates basics (think: breath, neutral spine, core engagement)

  • Foundational moves like the Hundred (intro version), Bridge, Spine Stretch, Single-Leg Stretch, and Roll-Down

  • Smart modifications

  • Light props (blocks/straps/pilates ring when available) to help you find your best form

  • A balanced mix of strength, mobility, and posture work—plus a relaxing cooldown

Perfect for

  • Absolute beginners or anyone wanting a technique refresh

  • Yogis curious about Pilates and cross-training for stability
