Pre req: must have heels choreo experience. You will learn more challenging choreography than beginner with more tricks incorporated into the flow. Still slinky & sensual but taking it up a notch

6 week Improver Pole Heels Session - heels optional, not a necessity
Ages 13yr+
Pre-requisites: Must have completed improver training and be confident in all knot skills. This session is an out of the knot class building on Improver skills in footlocks in the air, sequencing, drops and climbs. Multi level improver class
Ages 6-10yrs
8th Jan - March 12 - 10 week session
*Please note this session is coached by a junior staff member who has 10yrs aerial silks training under owner Dani. Her extensive trick knowledge and familiarity with the syllabus is an asset to your childs development and progression.
10 Week session
Jan 8 - March 18
Pre-requisites: This is a progressional class for Teens or those approaching Teen years. This is a multi level class.
Must be comfortable in footlocks in the air (single & double footlocks) gazelle invert, hiplock as fundamentals. Comfortable with climbing and doing multiple tricks in a row and drops at height. If you are not sure if you reach the pre-reqs send us an email to confirm
