This class is a multi level improver class moving through footlocks and out of the knot skills in the air

This is a Beginner 1 and Beginner 2 friendly class.

Pre-requisites: Beginner 1 - NONE! This session is available to complete beginners to aerial silks!

Pre-reqs: Beginner 2 - Must have completed 6 week session of Beginner fundamentals
